Job Title: Machine Operator Trainee

Job Description

Join an esteemed Tool and Die Training Academy and embark on a journey to become a skilled Tool & Die Maker and CNC Machinist. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start from scratch and gain comprehensive training in CNC machining, blueprint reading, and GD&T.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in extensive training to become proficient in CNC machining and Tool & Die making.
  • Engage in hands-on learning experiences with CNC machines.
  • Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).

Essential Skills

  • Mechanical inclination
  • Desire to learn CNC machining and Tool & Die trades
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with CNC machines, blueprints, and GD&T is preferred

Pay and Benefits
