We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Production team as Machine Operator Trainees. No previous machine operating experience is required—we provide training for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow.

What You'll Do

As a Machine Operator Trainee, you'll learn how to operate specialized food production equipment used to portion and deposit cookie dough and other bakery products.

Responsibilities include:

  • Learn to operate and adjust production machinery
  • Set up equipment for daily production
  • Load batters and ingredients into machines
  • Prepare baking trays and molds according to recipes
  • Monitor product quality throughout production
  • Inspect equipment and report mechanical issues
  • Complete production and traceability paperwork
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow food safety and quality standards
  • Assist other production departments as needed
