Job Title: Production Operator
Location: Orangeburg, NY
Type: Contract
Contractor Work Model: Onsite - onsite
Hours: Mon-Fri 11pm-7:30am
Responsibilities
- Operate and support production, assembly, or packaging lines during overnight operations
- Maintain clean, organized work areas in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Perform basic equipment inspections, adjustments, and troubleshooting to maintain continuous production
- Complete batch records, logs, and documentation accurately and in real time
- Monitor production output to ensure quality standards and production targets are met
- Identify and communicate process issues, deviations, or improvement opportunities
- Support routine maintenance of production and safety equipment as needed
- Follow all safety, quality, and SOP requirements at all times
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year of manufacturing experience (production, assembly, or packaging)
- Experience working in a GMP or regulated environment
- Ability to accurately complete logs, reports, and records
- Willingness and reliability to work third shift (overnights)
- Commitment to safety, quality, and process compliance
- Experience as a Medical Device Operator / Assembler, Packaging Operator, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Technician, Production Operator in GMP facilities, Line Operator or Machine Operator in regulated manufacturing are highly valued backgrounds
