The Machine Operator at our Baldwin, WI location is responsible for set up and operate metal working machines to fabricate to specifications. This is a 2nd shift onsite role, with hours Monday - Thursday 3:15 p.m. to 1:15 a.m.
Role Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate metal working machines to fabricate to specifications.
  • Schedule and handle materials
  • Assure compliance with print specifications.
  • Utilize computer programming.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area.
  • Complies with all safety, DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Uses all designated Personal Protective Equipment as required.

Minimum Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to demonstrate ability to:

Hourly Pay Range: $26.14
This position is overtime eligible as per state and federal regulations.
This position is eligible for a gainsharing plan based on the achievement of specific goals.
