Job description

Position: Machine Operator

Location: Westminster, MD

Shift: 1st shift (4:45am - 3:15pm, Mon - Thurs.); 2nd shift (3:00am - 1:30pm, Mon - Thurs.)

Pay: 1st shift: $20/hr; 2nd shift: $21/hr


Job Overview:of the Machine Operator position:

  • Operate machinery to manufacture products for the defense and aerospace industries.
  • Wore specific PPE equipment and wear.
  • Track production numbers on spreadsheets.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment per GMP standards.
  • Assist in productio assembly, as needed.


Job Requirements for the Machine Operator position:

  • Must have a GED or High School Diploma.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of recent manufacturing machine operation experience.
  • Experience operating presses and/or mixing machines a plus.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test, including THC. Medical marijuana card not acceptable.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
