Our production lines handle powders and liquids in various formats, including stick packs, capsules, sachets, tubs, pouches, and bottles. We pride ourselves on quality, efficiency, and innovationand were looking for a skilled Machine Operator to join our team.


Position Overview:

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining packaging machinery to ensure smooth production runs. Youll work with a variety of packaging formats and play a key role in delivering high-quality products to our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate machines for powders and liquids in multiple formats (stick packs, capsules, sachets, tubs, pouches, bottles).
  • Monitor production lines to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with quality standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
  • Follow strict food safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines.
  • Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and consistency.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus.
  • Previous experience operating packaging machinery in food, supplement, or pharmaceutical environments preferred.
  • Knowledge of GMP and food safety standards.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Como Operador de Mquina, sers responsable de configurar, operar y mantener la maquinaria de envasado para garantizar una produccin fluida. Trabajars con diferentes formatos de empaque y desempears un papel clave en la entrega de productos de alta calidad a nuestros clientes.


Responsabilidades principales:

  • Configurar y operar mquinas para polvos y lquidos en mltiples formatos (stick packs, cpsulas, sobres, botes, bolsas, botellas).
  • Supervisar las lneas de produccin para garantizar eficiencia, precisin y cumplimiento de los estndares de calidad.
  • Realizar mantenimiento rutinario y solucionar problemas mecnicos menores.
  • Cumplir estrictamente con las normas de inocuidad alimentaria y BPM (Buenas Prcticas de Manufactura).
  • Completar documentacin de produccin y mantener registros precisos.
  • Colaborar con el equipo para cumplir con los objetivos diarios de produccin.
  • Inspeccionar los productos terminados para asegurar calidad y consistencia.

Requisitos:

  • Diploma de secundaria o equivalente; formacin tcnica deseable.
  • Experiencia previa operando maquinaria de envasado en entornos alimentarios, de suplementos o farmacuticos (preferido).
  • Conocimiento de BPM y normas de seguridad alimentaria.
  • Buena aptitud mecnica y habilidades para resolver problemas.
  • Capacidad para levantar hasta 50 lbs y permanecer de pie por perodos prolongados.
  • Atencin al detalle y compromiso con la calidad.
