We’re not just looking for a machine operator... we’re looking for a pro. Someone who knows how to get a line running clean and fast, keep quality tight, and hit numbers without cutting corners. If that sounds like you, let’s talk.
What You’ll Do:
Run and fine-tune our stick pack machines to perform at their best
Lead setups, changeovers, and daily operational checks like a pro
Spot and solve mechanical hiccups before they become downtime
Maintain clean, accurate logs and contribute to production excellence
Own your space: keep your machine and station clean, safe, and audit-ready
Communicate clearly with leads and team members to stay ahead of schedule
What You Bring to the Table:
3+ year of hands-on experience with stick pack or form-fill-seal machines
Mechanical confidence – you know your way around gears, sensors & timing
A commitment to quality, consistency, and food safety
Accountability and pride in your work – you don’t wait to be told what to fix
Able to lift 50 lbs, work on your feet, and handle a fast-paced shift
Bilingual English/Spanish is a big plus
