Job description

Shift: 11:00 PM-7:30 AMHourly Rate: $22.97 an hour + $2.00 shift differential

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Operate the Hayssen VFFS, Cretor Gzilla, and Case Erector Machines.

Conduct and record regular quality checks on bags, weights, and product volumes

Tend to machine and adjust, operate, clear jams, restock and control the machine with control panels

Record machine and line down time

Maintain productions records as required

Responsible for maintaining food safety and quality

Perform housekeeping duties including but not limited to: keep floors clean, keep work area organized and complete sanitation documentation

Perform CIL & CL duties for machines assigned

Mechanical aptitude

Other Duties as Assigned

Ability to problem solve when production / maintenance issues arise

Ability to work with minimal direct supervision

Ability to work the scheduled/assigned times and required overtime for position

Regular attendance to ensure production goals requirements are met
