As a Machine Operator, you’ll load materials, run production equipment, and keep workflow moving in a clean, safety-first environment. If you’ve worked with heavy materials or in manufacturing, this Machine Operator position offers long-term stability and steady skill-building. .
 
Machine Operator Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload cardboard into machines used for cutting, gluing, and printing
  • Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot various production machines
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
  • Maintain a steady pace to meet daily production goals
  • Participate in cross-training and support other departments as needed

Pay: $21 per hour 

Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM (OT on Mondays)

Machine Operator Qualifications:
  • Previous manufacturing or production experience required; experience with heavy materials is a plus
  • Comfortable lifting, moving, and loading materials into machines throughout the shift
  • Able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for 8–10 hours
  • Safety-focused and alert when working around machinery
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and consistent with attendance
  • Able to work independently and stay productive
  • Must have reliable transportation (location is not accessible by public transit)
  • Comfortable working in a warm, fast-paced environment
