No experience is required - we'll train you and help you build a rewarding career in the plastics industry!


Position Overview

As a Machine Operator, you'll work in a fast-paced production environment, operating injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts for a variety of industries. This is an entry-level role with opportunities for advancement!


Shifts Available

  • Day Shift: 7:30am – 7:45pm
  • Night Shift: 7:30pm - 7:45am 
  • 12-hour rotating schedules - Every other weekend is a 3 day weekend!
  • Includes scheduled weekends and overtime opportunities.
  • This role requires consistent, reliable attendance due to our team-based production environment.

  • Operate injection molding machines safely and efficiently
  • Inspect and package plastic parts
  • Perform basic measurements and quality checks
  • Follow standard operating procedures
  • Document production output and quality checks
  • Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance


Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining regular attendance
  • Able to stand and walk for up to 12 hours and lift up to 30 pounds
  • Available to work a 12-hour rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays as scheduled
  • Basic reading, math and measurement skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and develop new skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required—we provide training
