PayRange LLC is searching for a Sales Manager to join our Laundry market team! We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to help lead our business development efforts in the commercial laundry sector. As a fully vertically integrated technology provider, we offer a seamless ecosystem of digital payment devices supported by our cloud-based management platform. This position will be responsible for executing a consultative sales process, moving beyond simple transactions to become a trusted advisor for commercial laundry professionals.

Job Details:

This is a heavily client facing role that will focus on the sale of PayRange products and services in a designated geographical territory and market segment. This position can be remote, provided that the location is inside the designated area, and close to a major transportation hub. The US office for PayRange LLC is in Portland, OR, however, you will only occasionally be at this location, outside of your first few weeks of training. The bulk of your client base in this role will focus on Laundry Route Operators, Commercial Laundry Equipment Distributors.

The expected territory for this Sales Manager position covers the Western United States. Once fully trained the expectations of this role will require you to travel 40%+ of the year, as you will be tasked with holding in-person meetings to close deals. The ideal candidate will be comfortable developing new business, maintaining existing relationships, and be able to increase revenue with existing clients

Strong candidates for this Sales Manager role will need to have the following skills:

  • Consultative Sales Execution:Lead the end-to-end sales cycle using a value-based approach, identifying specific pain points in client operations and tailoring our integrated payment solutions platform to meet their unique needs.
  • SaaS Familiarization: Have general knowledge of SaaS monetization principles. For example, selling subscription-based systemsand an understanding of SaaS monetization methods (e.g., transaction fees, monthly recurring revenue).
  • Business Development: Demonstrate the ability to develop new business organically, and from referred sales leads. Also, this role will be expected to develop and manage on-going customer relationships and work with all levels of stakeholders within the client's organization by building rapport and becoming a "trusted advisor"
  • Assist your current accounts with renewals and contract extensions
  • Have prior experience in long sales cycles
  • Diligent tracking of your sales forecast and ability to provide detailed reporting to PayRange LLC leadership by means of a CRM software tool
  • Stay abreast of trends in the commercial laundry and fintech industries to position our vertically integrated model against traditional coin-operated or fragmented competitors.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with equipment sales and/or enterprise level software sales demonstrating the ability to achieve sales goals and drive revenue using proven sales methods
  • Prior experience in commercial laundry sales is preferred.
  • Ability to develop and manage senior-role relationships and work with multiple client-based stakeholders
  • Expert networking ability and business development with both PayRange LLC staff, as well as, with the clients in the assigned market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Excellent presentation and writing skills
  • Effective time management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to collaborate with other Sales staff across the PayRange LLC team to assist in selling a complete suite of platform, software, services, and hardware
  • Ability to travel within the designated territory (and occasionally greater North America) at a minimum of 40%+ of the time.
  • College or University degree is preferred
