Pay:$17-19

Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00-3:00pm; Moday-Friday 3:00pm-10:00pm

Location: Shreveport, 71104

Job Type:Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focusedMachine Operatorto join our production team. This position is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality production. The 3ideal candidate has mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery according to specifications

  • Load raw materials and unload finished products

  • Inspect parts for quality and accuracy during and after production

  • Make minor machine adjustments as needed

  • Maintain production logs and complete basic documentation

  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of machines and work area

  • Follow all company safety policies and wear proper PPE

  • Communicate equipment issues or defects to supervisors

Requirements:
  • Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred

  • Ability to read and follow work instructions, measurements, and basic blueprints

  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
