A-Line Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator This role offers career growth, a supportive work environment, and full-time hours (40+ per week). If interested in this Machine Operator position APPLY NOW for IMMEDIATE consideration MACHINE OPERATOR | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION: Location: Columbus NE 68601 – 100% on-site Payrate: $20/hr Required Availability: Full-Time | 6am to 6pm, 2-week rotation 2 days on / 2 days off, 3 days on / 2 days off MACHINE OPERATOR | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS: The Machine Operator will be focused on production, packaging, inspection, and quality operations. This role is ideal for candidates with manufacturing or machine operating experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates MACHINE OPERATOR | RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform routine production and machine operation tasks Support filling, packaging, labeling, packing, and inspection processes Maintain accurate production records and logs Follow FDA, GMP, and ISO9000 standards and procedures Work within standard operating procedures and safety guidelines Assist with team goals and daily production targets Rotate between tasks and responsibilities as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area MACHINE OPERATOR | REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
