Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking highly motivated Machine Operators to join our team in Macomb, Michigan!

  • Temp-to-Hire Opportunity: Looking for a stable work environment? This position has the potential to transition into a permanent role!

  • Pay: $15.75/hr for 1st shift, $16.25/hr for 2nd shift

  • Shift: 1st shift, 6am-4:30pm, or 2nd shift, 4:30pm-3am

  • Overtime Available: Earn extra income with opportunities for overtime based on production needs.

What You'll Do:

  • Safely lift, push, carry, and pull parts weighing 50+ pounds.

  • Operate a variety of CNC machines, including lathes, mills, and broaches.

  • Perform precise adjustments on machines to ensure quality output.

  • Sort, assemble, and package manufactured parts with accuracy.
