Shift Schedule:
Monday to Friday
2:00PM to 10:30PM
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Warehouse Operator to join our warehouse team. This role involves a combination of responsibilities including quality control, labeling, picking, receiving, and loading/unloading shipments. The Warehouse Operator will be expected to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and a commitment to safety in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform quality control inspections on incoming and outgoing products.
  • Pick products (cases or pallets) as dictated by order requirements.
  • Prepare picked orders for shipment: verify, label, and move to staging.
  • Load FTL/LTL shipments based on outbound schedules.
  • Receive and inspect inbound product using forklifts or manual handling.
  • Label product with identifying information for accurate storage.
  • Report product damages, shortages, or quality issues immediately.
  • Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
  • Perform routine equipment inspections and report any issues.
  • Assist with relabeling and sticker replacement as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area.
  • Fill in for other team functions as necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a warehouse operator.
  • Prior experience with full warehouse processes: receiving, put-away, picking, QC, and loading.
  • Forklift certification and proficiency with material handling equipment.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
  • Experience using RF scanners and WMS systems preferred.
  • High attention to detail, safety, and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and meet productivity targets.
Warehouse Rules & Dress Code:
  • Steel-toe or safety shoes are required.
  • No cell phones, headphones, or personal bags are allowed on the warehouse floor.
  • All personal items are subject to inspection upon entry and exit.
  • Compliance with safety, conduct, and quality policies is mandatory.
