Job description

A Gel Pack Operator's primary duty is to operate and maintain the liquid form fill bagger within the fulfillment center. This role will fill the bagger within required processing output from the machine.
 
The hours for this position are:
  • 2nd Shift: Monday through Friday 3pm to 11pm at $18.50/hr 
  • 3rd Shift: Sunday night through Thursday night 11pm to 7am at $19/hr
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to
  • Operate and maintain the liquid form fill bagger
  • Operate fill bagger within required processing output from the machine
  • Fulfillment center work to include picking correct items for cooler boxes, scanning, and packing a portion of each customer's order
  • Keep the pace of the fulfillment line and adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards
Required Skills and Experience
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must be willing and able to work overtime as required
  • Must be able to communicate verbally, writing and reading detailed written orders
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Assembly line production experience
Physical Requirements
  • Regularly required to use hands to feel, grab, or operate objects, tools, and controls while reaching with hands and arms
  • Frequently required to stand, communicate, and listen
  • Occasionally required to walk, stoop, kneel or crouch
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Visual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
  • Able to perform repetitive movements
  • Able to work in variable temperatures (cold/hot)
