Job description

Job Title: Slitter Operator

Location: Woodville, WI

Pay Rate: $19.00

Schedule:

Monday – Thursday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm and Friday’s 7:30 am – 4:00 pm.OR 2nd Shift Monday through Thursday, 3:00 pm to 1:00 am


  • Training: Preferred Training on 1st shift for 2-4 weeks


Position Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Slitter Operator to join our manufacturing team in Woodville, WI. This role is responsible for operating slitting equipment efficiently and safely to meet customer specifications and production schedules. While machine operator experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Operate slitting machinery to meet or exceed customer and production requirements
  • Interpret and follow production schedules and work orders
  • Perform machine setups and material handling for each job
  • Conduct visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met
  • Utilize measuring tools accurately and interpret specifications
  • Complete required production and quality documentation in accordance with ISO and IATF standards
  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance as directed
  • Operate powered industrial vehicles and jib cranes as required
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and GMP standards
  • Work independently or as part of a team; assist in other departments as needed
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to support continuous improvement

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous machine operator experience preferred (training provided)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Math aptitude and ability to use measuring tools
