Hoffmaster Group, Inc. is hiring full-time Machine Operator Assistants to support our production team in Clintonville, WI.
No experience required - we provide paid training in a clean, safety-first environment.
Location: Clintonville, WI
Shift: Day Shift | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM | 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule
Pay: $19.00/hour
Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 total
  • $500 after 90 days
  • $500 after 6 months
  • $500 after 1 year

What You'll Do
  • Assist machine operators in producing printed napkins
  • Load materials and prepare packaging supplies
  • Check product quality and accuracy (UPC codes, labels, etc.)
  • Clear jams and clean machines as needed
  • Assist with cleaning printing decks and changing rolls
  • Follow all safety and food-safety procedures (GMP/SQF)
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace
  • Report issues to operators or maintenance
  • Participate in training and equipment care

What You'll Need
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift during a 12-hour shift
  • Basic math and reading skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork
