Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Cherryville, NC
Pay: $14.75 per hour
Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM; Fridays as needed (8-hour shifts)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Cherryville, NC. In this role, you will operate production equipment used to manufacture powdered metal parts while maintaining quality, efficiency, and safety standards. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate production machinery to manufacture powdered metal parts.
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Inspect, measure, and record product and process information to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Complete production documentation accurately and timely.
  • Load, receive, and move materials to support production operations.
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and product quality.
  • Communicate production concerns and equipment issues with supervisors and team members.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Cross-train and assist in other production areas as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
  • Ability to read, write, and understand work instructions and production documents.
  • Basic math skills, including working with fractions and decimals.
