The Role: CNC Machine Operator

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Program, set up, and operate CNC machines with accuracy and confidence
  • Interpret detailed part drawings and translate them into precise production measurements
  • Read gauges, calipers, and blueprints to ensure exact specifications are met
  • Calibrate equipment and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues to keep operations running smoothly
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to achieve optimal quality and finish
  • Inspect and verify product output to ensure it meets quality standards
  • Collaborate with Engineering to develop prototypes and support R&D initiatives
  • Train and support Machine Operators to meet established standards
  • Track machine performance, adjustments, and production data
  • Evaluate tooling effectiveness and recommend improvements
  • Assist with fabrication processes including slitting, lacing, V-guide application, and PVC Thermoweld
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Follow all quality control and safety protocols, including proper PPE use
