Position: Paper Machine Operator - 3rd shift
Location: Duluth, GA
Schedule: 3rd Shift, Sunday–Wednesday, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM
Pay: $18.00/hour
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Machine Operator for a client manufacturing facility in Duluth, GA. This role safely operates and monitors paper production equipment, makes machine adjustments, maintains product quality, and performs basic troubleshooting on an overnight schedule. Start date is ASAP.
Responsibilities
Operate and monitor industrial paper production machinery
Set up and adjust machine controls according to production specifications
Monitor machine performance throughout the production process
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and production standards
Identify machine issues and perform basic troubleshooting or adjustments
Perform routine equipment inspections and report mechanical problems
Maintain accurate production, quality, and operational records
Follow all company safety policies and manufacturing procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
Assist with material handling and other production duties as needed
Follow all PPE and workplace safety requirements
