Dice Operator- Shift 2A

Royer Corporation is seeking reliable, safety-minded individuals to join our manufacturing team as Production Machine Operators in our dice room. This position is responsible for efficiently operating production machinery to manufacture products that meet customer requirements for quality, cost, and delivery while utilizing the most economical production methods.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Produce products that meet customer quality standards and production requirements.
  • Follow work instructions and production schedules.
  • Monitor equipment performance and report operational issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Cross-train and assist in other production areas as needed.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
  • Adhere to the rules outlined in the Royer Company Handbook.
  • Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times.

Qualifications

  • Excellent attendance record.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety.

  • Thursday: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
  • Friday – Sunday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
