Job Title:         Machine Operator
Client:              Medical Device Manufacturing Company
Duration:         12 Months (Possible extension)
Location:         Milwaukee, WI 53223
Shift:                1st Shift

Key Responsibilities
• Operate light-duty bench and floor-type machines
• Operate lathes, drills, mills, punch presses, and saws
• Set up machines and make basic adjustments
• Perform basic machine maintenance
• Inspect work using gauges, jigs, and fixtures
• Monitor quality using control procedures
• Support manufacturing and distribution operations
• Operate automatic and semi-automatic machines
• Report machine malfunctions and abnormalities
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory
• Learn and follow standard operating procedures
• Perform routine production and clerical tasks
• Record basic production and manufacturing data
• Follow defined work instructions and standards
• Handle routine problems with prescribed solutions
• Share basic job-related information with team

Must Have
