Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of machinery, maintaining product quality, and adhering to company policies and procedures. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.

Duties

  • Operate foil lamination machines as part of the team on the line. This includes ensuring product is prepped properly for production, efficiently setting up the machines for production runs, and working effectively with the team to complete the manufacturing process.
  • Maintain a strong attention to detail to ensure that testing guidelines are properly adhered to including determining the number of pieces to be tested and labelling test pieces with critical information.
  • Demonstrate good knowledge of company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a machine operator or similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety protocols.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Must be able to speak English
