What You'll Do
As a
Preschool Teaching Assistant, you'll help create a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom where children can learn, grow, and build the skills they need for kindergarten success. In this role, you will:
- Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development.
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
- Assist with classroom activities, behavior support, and daily operations.
- Partner with families through communication, conferences, and home visits.
- Promote children's health, safety, and overall well-being.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to support school readiness goals.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements
What we will love about you:
- Associate degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field, or a valid CDA credential.
- Valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation.
- Ability to complete TS GOLD Inter-rater Reliability certification within one year of hire and maintain certification as required.
