  • Develop reproducible quality-control and data-validation workflows.
  • Train, benchmark, and evaluate computer vision and segmentation models.
  • Identify data, preprocessing, annotation, and model-output issues.
  • Perform error analysis and root-cause analysis of model and data failures.
  • Prepare validated datasets and outputs for downstream ML development.
  • Document methods, experiments, decisions, and results.
  • Work with technical and clinical stakeholders and escalate cases requiring additional review.

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with PyTorch.
  • Experience training and evaluating computer vision or segmentation models.
  • Practical experience with medical imaging data.
  • Working knowledge of DICOM.
  • Understanding of model evaluation, experimental design, dataset partitioning, and error analysis.
  • Familiarity with imaging anatomy sufficient to recognize technically inadequate studies or anatomically implausible outputs without performing diagnostic interpretation.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and technical communication.

Experience with X-ray, CT, medical-image segmentation, annotation workflows, or medical-imaging data pipelines is a plus.

Why Holobeam

Youโ€™ll work on challenging technology with meaningful healthcare applications while gaining hands-on experience across the machine learning lifecycle. As Holobeam grows, strong performers will have the opportunity to take on increasing technical ownership and responsibility.

Location

Preferred Beth Page New York / Hybrid or remote is possible for exceptional candidates, with daily / periodic in-person collaboration based on team and project needs.
