Production Operator - Filler in Huron, OH
Pay: Pay is 19.64 plus shift premium of $1.00.
2nd Shift: Shift is 2nd hours are 3pm to 1am., Monday thru Thursday, with overtime during busy/peak season. Training would most likely be on 1st shift.

Production Operator - Filler, you will be part of a team that works together to manufacture and package quality paints, stains and other materials. This work is completed in our production plants utilizing automated filling equipment. We need self-driven employees that understand collaboration and efficiency. Every day you will have an opportunity to contribute and succeed.
Key Responsibilities May Include
- Following all safety rules, processes and procedures.
- Setting up, monitoring and operating filling and packaging equipment.
- Improving production line efficiency through teamwork.
- Performing routine quality checks on material before and during line operation.
- Maintaining accurate records and a clean, orderly work area.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Lift up to 50 pounds routinely and up to 80 pounds infrequently.
- Follow detailed instructions and record progress.
- Stand for extended periods of time, maneuvering around equipment.
- Work in a team environment and take ownership over assigned area of responsibility.
