Job Description

The Customer Experience Intern is responsible for managing the sales fulfillment process, while coordinating with internal departments and external plants to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials. This role will work towards continuously optimizing the customer experience - resulting in market best customer satisfaction, customer interaction tools, sales growth and profitability.
Tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining designated “key” customer accounts & manage all of the requirements related to order fulfillment
  • Entry, confirmation, and management of sales orders, including forecast alignment
  • Customer order resolution with Internal Sales: pricing – delivery – quality – quantity etc.
  • Customer relationship: regular touchpoints with customer to discuss planning overview, lead times, expedites/escalations, phase in/phase out
  • Offer exceptional customer service with professional, prompt, timely responses & actions (to both internal and external customers)
  • Analyzing backlog reports and initiate proactive communication with vendors to expedite product procurement
  • Coordination and resolution of SAP issues
  • Maintaining material master and information record data in SAP
  • Credit management
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Must be enrolled in a Business Administration, Marketing, Communications college or university program, or a recent graduate (within the last 6 months) 
  • Bilingual (English and French)
  • 1-2 years customer service experience preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • SAP experience is an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize 
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and management
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
