This position is located on-site in Ripon, WI.
Standard Work Hours:
Friday - Sunday 4am - 4pm
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $35.84 - $38.68 plus a $3.25 shift differential, commensurate with experience and qualifications

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
  • Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring and testing instruments in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer's specifications
  • Troubleshoot and service motors, advanced hydraulic and pneumatic systems, pumps, conveyor systems, and production machines and equipment
  • Perform welding as needed to support maintenance and repair activities
  • Prepare new machines for operation following established protocols and procedures
  • Conduct regular technical testing on machinery to ensure safety and efficiency
  • Collect and analyze data on machine operation to identify trends and recommend actions to reduce machine downtime
  • Create and manage work orders through a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
  • Demonstrate expert-level understanding of production machines and equipment

Qualifications
What You Need To Succeed:
  • Preferred Two-year Associate degree and 5+ years' work experience required.
  • Ability to utilize a computer to search for parts and enter work into a CMMS

  • Standing for a long period, sitting, manual dexterity, stooping, bending
  • Passing a pre-employment physical including a baseline test of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check
