We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Fabricator to join our team! This role reports to the Shift Supervisor and offers a Friday-Sunday schedule from 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM!

Pay & Schedule:

  • Pay: $21.03 per hour plus a $4.25 shift premium

  • Schedule: Friday-Sunday 5:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary:

We're seeking energetic individuals with a keen eye for detail and a positive attitude. The successful candidate will focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement while learning to operate and troubleshoot fabricating machines.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot fabricating machines (training provided)

  • Prepare molds and machines for all lines

  • Lift and move large, heavy diameter saws

  • Identify material problems and ensure compliance with quality standards

  • Accurately set process parameters

  • Remove scrap materials and maintain orderly storage

  • Perform housekeeping around machines and work areas

  • Inspect and report unsafe or hazardous conditions

  • Troubleshoot problems and determine appropriate solutions

  • Support Joint Health & Safety Committee (JHSC) efforts

  • Perform other tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred (training provided)

  • Basic math knowledge

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Team player with a positive attitude

  • Working knowledge of health & safety practices helpful

  • Ability to understand various types and sizes of pipes after training

Working Conditions:
