Machine Operator – Tube & Weld Production

We are seeking a mechanically inclined, detail-oriented Machine Operator who is a self-starter and thrives working independently with minimal supervision. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, continuous learning, and developing advanced machine operation skills.
No experience? No problem! On-the-job training will be provided
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and set up bending equipment, with training provided on full bender operation and part validation/inspection
  • Perform production work involving tube bending and forming processes
  • Train on and operate flare machines (orbital and ram form), trim saws, and cold saws
  • Perform deburring, cleaning, and other finishing tasks
  • Follow quality standards and maintain accurate inspections of parts
  • Maintain awareness of surroundings to ensure a safe work environment
Qualifications
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Basic math skills required; basic geometry knowledge is helpful
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Good spatial awareness and safety mindset
  • Motivated to learn and grow into full production capabilities
Work Schedule
  • Bender Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Normal Production Hours: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
