Job description

The Operator must be able to set up the machine for the manufacturing process utilizing Bullard and or VTL machines. This can include manual or automated machinery. STM needs day and night shift operators. This is a fulltime position with overtime.

Tasks:

  • Prepare machine for operation
  • Equip machine with appropriate tools and gauges.
  • Load part on machine and monitor while working
  • Adjust speeds and feeds when required
  • Follow quality system and work instructions
  • Achieve dimensional requirements
  • Complete/fill in all required reports
  • Maintain and clean machine, equipment and work area
