Description:

Race Winning Brands (RWB) is the leading manufacturer of racing and high-performance parts sold to automotive and powersports markets. RWB is the preferred source for high-end pistons, engine blocks, cylinder heads, intake manifolds, connecting rods, crankshafts, clutches, transmissions, springs and other engine and driveline- related performance components.


We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the set-up, operation, and maintenance of Swiss screw machines to produce high-quality precision parts.


Responsibilities:

  • Machine Technician (CNC Operator), responsible for the production, setup, adjustment, and operation of machines.
  • Set up and operate machines to produce parts in accordance with specifications.
  • Experience in operating a variety of hand tools, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
  • Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure proper production of parts.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance, including cleaning and oiling machines.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure accurate and precise dimensions of finished parts.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
