Quality Control Inspector

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Inspector to join 
our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will ensure that all products meet 
stringent quality standards and comply with industry regulations. Your keen eye 
for detail, combined with your expertise in quality systems and measurement 
tools, will help maintain the integrity of our products and uphold our commitment 
to excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a

Duties


• Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and 
finished products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, 
micrometers, and vision inspection systems.
• Utilize advanced quality management tools like Calypso, ISO 9001, ISO 
13485, and CGMP standards to monitor compliance throughout the 
manufacturing process
• Perform detailed quality audits to identify areas for improvement and 
ensure adherence to FDA regulations and HACCP protocols
• Collect and analyze data related to product quality, documenting findings 
accurately for reporting and process adjustments
• Operate coordinate measuring machines (CMM) for precise dimensional 
analysis of complex parts
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues swiftly and 
implement corrective actions
• Support the development and maintenance of quality systems that enhance 
overall product reliability and safety


Skills


• Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret measurement data 
accurately
• Extensive experience with quality inspection tools including calipers, 
micrometers, vision inspection systems, and precision measuring 
instruments
• Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA 
regulations, CGMP, HACCP, and quality management principles
• Proficiency in using Calypso software for data collection and analysis in 
quality control processes
