DeMarco Machine rapidly doubled its facility size within two years, demonstrating resilience and innovation even during challenging market conditions. The company is committed to excellence, continuous improvement, and leading the tubular machining sector by consistently exceeding client expectations.

Role Description The Machine Operator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Houston, TX. The Machine Operator will set up, operate, and monitor machining equipment to produce tubular components according to specifications and safety standards. Daily tasks include reading and interpreting technical drawings, adjusting machine settings, performing routine checks, and using hand tools to complete and verify work. The role involves inspecting parts for quality, documenting production data, and collaborating with supervisors and team members to meet production goals. The Machine Operator is expected to follow all safety procedures, maintain a clean work area, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
