???? Join Symbotic - Revolutionizing Warehouse Automation!

We're hiring Machine Operators/ Cell Operators for our cutting-edge robotic material handling systems. If you love hands-on work with advanced technology, this is your opportunity!

???? PAY: $22-23/hour

⏰ SHIFT OPTIONS:

- Front Half Night: 5pm-5am, Sunday-Tuesday + every other Wednesday

- Back Half Night: 5pm-5am, Thursday-Saturday + every other Wednesday

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

✓ Operate and monitor automated robotic storage and retrieval systems

✓ Perform pre-production equipment checks and system inspections

✓ Troubleshoot system stoppages using Human/Machine Interface (HMI) terminals

✓ Conduct robot recovery and maintenance (replacing wheels, cleaning sensors, etc.)

✓ Process and monitor product flow to maximize throughput

✓ Communicate with maintenance teams and leadership on system issues

✓ Perform preventative maintenance: cleaning, lubrication, tolerance checks

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

✓ Experience with mechanical/automated systems (1+ year preferred)

✓ Warehouse, machine operator, or manufacturing background

✓ Comfortable with hands-on, physical work in fast-paced environments

✓ Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently

✓ Strong communication skills and team player mentality

✓ Comfortable working at heights and in varying temperatures

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and move items up to 80 lbs

- Stand/walk for 10-12 hour shifts

- Work at heights up to 45 feet with proper safety equipment

- Work in temperatures ranging from 32°F to 105°F

- Climb stairs and work in restrictive spaces (24 inches)
