Job description

 Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for MachineOperator positions in Parsippany, NJ. Responsibilities:  

• Set up and operate electro‑chemical machining (ECM) equipment, following operation sheets, charts, manuals, and standard machining processes.

• Inspect work pieces using measuring instruments (dial indicators, gauges, machine controllers) to verify conformance to specifications and record accurate measurements.

• Adjust machine settings including voltage, current, electrode feed rate, and acid flow to maintain optimal performance and meet production requirements.

• Monitor machining operations and troubleshoot issues, ensuring smooth operation and maintaining company production and quality standards.

Requirements:  

• Experience operating manufacturing or electro‑chemical machinery, including set‑up, adjustments, and machine monitoring in a production environment.

• Ability to read and follow technical documentation, including operation sheets, charts, manuals, and quality requirements.

• Strong proficiency with measurement tools such as dial indicators, gauges, or electronic machine controllers to verify part specifications.

• Knowledge of production tracking and documentation systems, including updating part status, recording quality data, and logging machine activity throughout the shift.

Pay Details: $28.26 per week
