Machine Operator

We are seeking a machine operator for an on-site position in 76102 with a temporary assignment and an opportunity for permanent hire. The role supports production operations involving rotary machines, up and down machines, laminators, and choppers. This position is full time and requires experience working in a manufacturing or production environment. The ideal candidate will bring 1 to 2 years of machine operating experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow safety and production procedures consistently. Shift options include first shift from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and second shift from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., with overtime available based on business needs.

What You Will Do?
  • Operate rotary machines, up and down machines, laminators, and choppers according to established production procedures.

  • Follow safety guidelines and workplace procedures to maintain a safe and organized production area.

  • Inspect finished or in-process materials to help ensure they meet production standards and specifications.

  • Keep work areas clean and support basic machine upkeep as directed by supervisors or lead staff.

  • Maintain production pace while meeting daily output expectations and shift requirements.

Your Skills
  • 1 to 2 years of machine operator experience in a production or manufacturing setting.

  • Ability to work on-site and follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with rotary machines, up and down machines, laminators, or choppers is preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail when monitoring equipment and handling materials.

  • Willingness to work first shift, second shift, and overtime as needed.

Pay Details: $16.00 to $20.00 per hour
