Job description

Job Title: Manufacturing Fabricator

Job Description

We are seeking dependable and motivated Manufacturing Technicians to join our team. This position involves operating a variety of equipment and supporting multiple areas of the manufacturing process. While the primary responsibility will be operating a press brake, employees will also assist with other production equipment and tasks based on business needs. This opportunity is perfect for individuals who are mechanically inclined, enjoy working in a manufacturing environment, and are willing to learn multiple processes. Performance and work quality will be reviewed by the supervisor, with opportunities for wage increases based on performance and continued growth within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and set up press brake equipment to bend and form metal components.
  • Perform hardware insertion using Haeger equipment.
  • Grind and finish metal parts to quality standards.
  • Operate laser cutting equipment as needed.
  • Assemble manufactured components and finished products.
  • Perform shakeout operations and material handling tasks.
  • Tap holes and prepare parts for assembly or additional processing.
  • Cross-train and assist with other machines and production processes as needed.
  • Inspect parts for quality and accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Essential Skills

  • Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
  • Press brake experience is a plus, but training may be provided.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions.
