Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd & 3rd

Pay & Shifts
  • Assembly – 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM): $17.00/hr
  • Machine Operator – 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM): $17.75/hr
  • Assembly – 3rd Shift (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM): $18.00/hr
  • Overtime available

Position Overview
As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be responsible for operating production equipment and assembling components into machined valve bodies. This role includes hands-on assembly, machine operation, quality checks, and material handling to support a high-volume automotive manufacturing environment.
You may also assist with washing, deburring, packing, and replenishing parts while maintaining accurate production and quality records.
What You’ll Do
  • Operate assembly and production machinery
  • Load and unload small automotive parts (3–7 lbs)
  • Assemble components into machined valve bodies
  • Perform visual and quality inspections
  • Use gauges, micrometers, and measuring tools
  • Reset machine faults and assist with changeovers
  • Track counts, lot control, and quality data
  • Pack parts into dunnage and move materials using pallet trucks
  • Keep work areas clean and safe
  • Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures

What We’re Looking For
Required:
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Comfortable with repetitive motion, standing, bending, and lifting

  • Lift up to 10 lbs continuously; 25–50 lbs occasionally

  • Wear safety gear, ESD straps, and protective equipment
