  • Observation and Learning: Observe experienced machine operators to gain knowledge and improve skills.
  • Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to company and regulatory safety guidelines.
  • Data Recording: Accurately record machine operation data and report any issues or irregularities to the supervisor.

Job Brief:

We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator Apprentice to assist our experienced Machine Operators. You will be responsible for helping with the setup, operation, and maintenance of our production machinery. It is the expectation of the apprentice to learn the full functions of the machine operators during the 90-day training window. After doing so the apprentice must be able to exhibit the necessary skills to run the production line as a machine operator.
