Job Summaries:

We are seeking a motivated Electrical Apprentice to join our dynamic team. This entry-level role is designed for individuals looking to build a career in industrial and commercial electrical work, with hands-on exposure to PLC systems and control panels. As a non-union company, we value versatility-this apprentice will also cross-train in Welding and Mechanical departments to support a wide range of industrial projects. This position involves approximately 75% travel and requires a strong work ethic, adaptability, and eagerness to learn multiple trades.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial and commercial electrical systems.

Support PLC wiring, basic programming, and control panel setup.

Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.

Perform routine testing and inspections under supervision.

Learn and assist in Welding tasks including MIG, TIG, and Stick processes.

Support Mechanical maintenance and installation of industrial machinery.

Participate in rigging, fabrication, and basic millwright duties as needed.

Maintain a clean and safe jobsite.

Follow OSHA safety standards and company protocols.

Communicate effectively with Foremen, Project Managers, and team members.

Qualifications:
