These values guide how we work, how we solve problems, and how we support each other every day.Position SummaryPDM US is seeking skilled and dependable Multi-Craft Maintenance Technicians to support the safe and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment and facility systems. This role performs a variety of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and facility systems.The ideal candidate will have broad industrial maintenance experience and a demonstrated strength in at least one of the following specialized trades:HVACPipefittingWelding/FabricationIndustrial ElectricalEssential Duties & ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment and facility systems.Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems.Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective repairs to minimize downtime.Install, modify, and improve equipment, machinery, and facility infrastructure.Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.Assist with machine moves, installations, and continuous improvement projects.Maintain maintenance records and complete work orders accurately.Follow all safety policies, lockout/tagout procedures, and environmental requirements.Support emergency repairs as needed to maintain production operations.Preferred Specialty SkillsCandidates should possess strong proficiency in one or more of the following:HVACMaintain and repair commercial or industrial HVAC equipment.Troubleshoot heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.PipefittingInstall and repair piping systems for air, water, hydraulic, gas, and process applications.Read piping drawings and fabricate piping runs as required.Welding / FabricationPerform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.Fabricate guards, platforms, brackets, equipment modifications, and structural repairs.Ability to work from drawings and take field measurements.Industrial ElectricalTroubleshoot motors, drives, control circuits, sensors, and PLC-controlled equipment.Read electrical schematics and perform electrical installations and repairs.Experience with Siemens PLCs and industrial automation strongly preferred.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.Technical degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in industrial maintenance preferred.Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems independently.Strong understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, gearboxes, motors, and power transmission systems.Ability to safely use maintenance tools, diagnostic equipment, and shop machinery.Physical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds.Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and work in industrial environments.Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces when required.Why PDM US?At PDM US, we value employees who demonstrate our Copper Core Values through safety, teamwork, accountability, quality workmanship, and a commitment to continuous improvement.I hereby consent to allow PDM US, LLC to take a specimen of my hair, urine, or blood and submit it to a laboratory testing service for a pre-employment, random or reasonable suspicion drug test.
