Job description

The Galliker Dairy Company, headquartered in Johnstown PA since 1914, has an immediate opening for Wholesale Milk Drivers at our Saxonburg/Butler PA location. The Galliker Dairy Company is a major, Mid-Atlantic dairy processor and distributor of Milk, Iced Tea, and Ice Cream products.

Current Work Schedule - 4 days a week

Compensation - Competitive wage & excellent benefit package which includes Low Deductible Medical and Dental plan, Life insurance and 401k Savings Plan. 2027 Medical Insurance premium for a family $205 per month (per union contract)

Responsibilities:

Drive tractor trailer with Galliker product from warehouse to depot or various customer locations.

  • Load items onto trailer.
  • Separate items necessary for delivery.
  • Drive and deliver items to various locations.
  • Unload product to each customer.
  • Present a neat appearance and represent the company on a professional level.
  • Follow all company rules and regulations as well as the rules and regulations of the Department of Transportation (DOT).
  • Invoice customers using a handheld computer.

Qualifications

High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

CDL A licensure
