M&M Home Remodeling Services is growing and looking for motivated individuals to join our field team. Whether you have experience in construction, remodeling, roofing, siding, windows, doors, landscaping, maintenance, or general labor, we want to hear from you.
We can teach the right person the technical skills needed to succeed. What we can't teach is a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
What You'll Do
Every day is different. You'll work on residential homes throughout the Chicagoland area helping homeowners with:
  • Window and door repairs and installations
  • Roofing, siding, soffit, fascia, and gutter repairs
  • Exterior home improvement projects
  • General repair and service work
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns
  • Maintaining a safe and professional job site

What We're Looking For
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons, including summer heat
  • Enjoys hands-on work and solving problems
  • Experience using basic hand and power tools
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Able to lift 50+ pounds and climb ladders safely
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Construction, remodeling, roofing, siding, carpentry, maintenance, landscaping, warehouse, or general labor experience is helpful but not required
