Who You Are

Required Qualifications:

  • Active Florida Bar member or willing to waive in/sit for the FL bar

  • Demonstrated family law experience (quality over quantity)

  • Passion for litigation and courtroom work

  • Excellent written/verbal communication

  • Organization and attention to detail

  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Clio experience is a plus)

  • Zoom/virtual hearing proficiency

What You'll Actually Do
  • Manage caseload of family law matters (divorce, custody, alimony, support, modifications, paternity, domestic violence)

  • Develop case strategies fit to client needs

  • Handle various family law cases

  • Provide client-centered legal advice

  • Translate legal concepts into clear, compassionate advice

  • Represent clients in court, hearings, trials, mediations

  • Draft, review, and prepare legal documents

  • Collaborate with paralegals/support staff and mentor junior team members
