  • Project Management:Collaborate with the HR Director and HR Manager on key projects related to compliance, recruiting, onboarding, and talent management. Your contributions will directly influence our HR strategy.

  • Recruiting & Hiring:Get hands-on experience in the recruiting process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating the interview process.You'llplay a pivotal role in bringing new talent into our organization.

  • HR Compliance & Employment Law:Learn about the application of employment laws, especially in areas like employment eligibility and confidentiality.You'llhelp ensure that our HR practices are legally compliant and efficient.

What We're Looking For:

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or related field

  • Overall GPA of 3.0 or greater.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status.

  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office and internetapplicationis essential.You should also be able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
