Job description

Oncology Physician Opportunity

AdventHealth is looking for physicians interested in heme malignancies (acute leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma), stem cell transplant and cellular therapies to join our growing program based in Orlando, Florida! Key features of our program include:

  • Well established program that has continuously maintained FACT-accreditation for more than 10 years
  • FDA-registered, FACT and CAP-accredited cellular therapy lab, with plans to acquire GMP capability in near future.
  • Performed more than 1500 transplants so far, including autologous and allogeneic
  • Performing approximately 130 - 150 transplants annually
  • Offering multiple FDA approved CAR-T therapies for lymphoma and myeloma
  • Our outcomes have continuously met or exceeded the national average over the last 10 years.
  • New, state-of-the-art in-patient (32-bed ICU-compatible rooms) as well as out-patient facilities
  • Active participation in cooperative group as well as industry-sponsored clinical trials with dedicated clinical research staff support. This includes a robust cellular therapy research program.
  • All physicians supported with adequately staffed team including 12 APPs (APRNs and PAs), 6 coordinators, 3 clinical pharmacists and administrative assistance.
  • 4 experienced hematopathologists with in-house molecular testing including NGS
  • Translational and basic science research opportunity

  • Board certification in Hematology and/or Medical Oncology
  • Physician applicant must be trained and experienced in allogeneic stem cell transplants. Accepting H1B visa applicants
