Join our team at Providence Benedictine Nursing Center As a Providence caregiver, you’ll apply your specialized training to deliver world-class health with human connection and make a difference every day through your extraordinary care.

Required Qualifications:

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement
• Upon hire: Oregon Licensed Practical Nurse
• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.
• Notes: (1) License in states wherever care is delivered
• 1 year of experience in Acute Care, Home Health, public health nursing, or patient care experience in a skilled nursing facility or medical clinic.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
