Licensed Vocational Nurse

ย San Angelo, TX

Join a mission-driven team providing compassionate care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This residential facility inย West Texasย offers a supportive environment where dignity and person-centered care are the priority.

What Youโ€™ll Do:As anย LVN, youโ€™ll provide hands-on nursing care, assist with medications, perform health assessments, support vaccination/testing efforts, and document all care activities. Youโ€™ll work closely with a clinical team to follow individualized care plans.

What Weโ€™re Looking For:โœ”๏ธ Active Texas LVN/LPN licenseโœ”๏ธ 2+ yearsโ€™ experience in acute care, LTC, public health, or clinic settings preferredโœ”๏ธ Behavioral health or dual-diagnosis experience is a plusโœ”๏ธ CPR (AHA), photo ID, recent PPD, and COVID-19 card (if applicable)โœ”๏ธ Must pass drug screen, background check & FBI fingerprinting

ย  Schedule: Monโ€“Fri first 4 weeks, then rotating; every 3rd weekend off 40 hours/week | All onboarding must be completed before start
